Can I track my order?

In general, orders are processed on the same day if payment is made by 6pm, otherwise it is processed the following day. In any case, when your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.

Delivery times and options

The purchased products will be delivered by the courier identified by the Seller to the shipping address indicated by the Customer on the Order with insured shipping. Shipments to Italy will be managed, at most, within 72 (seventy-two) working hours from order confirmation. In the rest of Europe, delivery times compatible with the main international shippers

REFUNDS

In the event of unavailability of one or more purchased jewels, the customer will be contacted by our customer care who will support him in finding a replacement product or refunding the entire amount

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

Items purchased on PatriciaStella can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order, obtaining a refund of the purchase price. You can make a return by filling out the form found here

HOW CAN I MAKE A CHANGE?

You will need to place the items to be returned inside a well-sealed and protected box or envelope. The courier will already have the label with our shipping address and the reference of the customer who placed the order, it is therefore not necessary to write anything on the package. In any case, you may be asked to independently print a label to attach to the package before collection by the courier.

HOW LONG DOES THE REFUND TAKE?

Once PATRICIASTELLA has received and approved the returned items, we will send you an email confirming receipt.
Our staff will process your return and you will receive a further email when the refund has been issued. The amount will be credited to you within 30 days of the arrival of the returned goods to the payment method used during the purchase.

NB: if the "Klarna" service was used for the purchase, the customer must report the return to the service provider by following the instructions provided at the following link

WHAT ARE THE RETURN METHODS?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase on PATRICIASTELLA , please return the jewelry to us. Italian law guarantees the customer the right to withdraw and obtain a full refund.
